Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Stretch each dough ball over a lightly greased 14-inch pizza pan
Drizzle half of the olive oil on top of each crust, then top each with half of the garlic and half of the anchovies, followed by half of the parmesan cheese, half the fontina cheese, half the fresh mozzarella pearls, half of the pepperoni and half the Genoa salame
Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown
Remove the pizzas from the oven, garnish each with half of the chopped parsley
Serve hot
