Directions


  1. In a large bowl, mix the pepperoni, salami, gorgonzola, arugula, romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncini, and gently toss to combine

  2. Place the vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, basil, parmesan, garlic, honey, and oregano in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine

  3. Dress the salad with the desired amount of dressing and toss to mix

  4. Serve immediately
