Directions
Heat grill to medium-high heat and grill the sausages, turning them often until cooked through. Reserve.
While sausages are cooking, stir together the pepper jelly and mustard. Reserve.
To assemble: Toast the rolls on the grill, placing one sausage in each roll. Top with some of the pepper jelly-mustard mixture. Garnish each with one tablespoon of crispy onions.
Serve immediately.
