Preheat the oven to 450ºF
Melt the butter, garlic, and parsley
Slice the bread in half lengthwise, spread some of the garlic butter on each half, and toast in the oven until golden brown and cut into slices. Reserve
Spread the mascarpone cheese over a large cutting board, leaving an inch or two around the perimeter
Scatter the meats over the cheese, being sure to not overcrowd (you want to see some of the cheese)
Scatter some of the peppers over the meat
Drizzle the hot honey over the peppers, then scatter the herbs on top
Serve immediately with the garlic bread on the side
