Yellow Onion, Sliced Thin

Fontina Cheese, Shredded
1 Cup

Fresh Sage, Minced
1 Tbsp.
2 Tbsps.
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Tbsps.
2 Tbsps.
Italian Parsley, Minced
2 Tbsps.
1 Tbsp.
Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp.

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.

  2. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and render the prosciutto until tender and crispy.

  3. Stretch the dough ball into a greased pizza pan, drizzle with the olive oil, top with onion, then prosciutto, sage, then fontina cheese.

  4. Place in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

  5. Remove the pizza and crack the eggs on top, keeping the yolks intact.

  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake about 8 minutes, or until the eggs are just set and the cheese is melted.

  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot.

  8. Add in hot sauce to taste.
