Ingredients
- 1 pack Carando Abruzzese Meatballs1 pack
- 2 Pre-made pizza crusts2
- 14 ounces Pizza sauce14 ounces
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup
- 16 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese16 ounces
- 1 jar Pimento-stuffed olives1 jar
Instructions
Cook meatballs according to package instructions
Remove meatballs from the oven, allow to cool, and heat oven to 450ºF
Slice each meatball in half and reserve
Stretch the pizza dough into greased round pizza pans
Spread desired amount of sauce on each pie, top with desired amount of parmesan cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, then half the meatballs, cut-side down
Bake the pizzas for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
While the pizzas are baking, thinly slice some of the mozzarella balls and olives into rounds, making sure to leave the pimentos intact in the olive slices
Remove the pizzas from the oven, then top each meatball with a slice of mozzarella then olive, so that they look like spooky eyes!
Slice and serve hot
