White Wine Vinegar

Shallot, Minced
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Fresh Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
Fresh Basil, Minced
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

  2. Cook sausages on a lined sheet pan for about 25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached, turning once halfway through.

  3. Once sausages are done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

  4. Cut each sausage into 6 pieces.

  5. Thread a skewer with the sausage, then tomato, then kalamata olive, then thinly-sliced mortadella, then green olive, then mozzarella ball, repeating the pattern to the end of the skewer.

  6. Repeat the process until all of the ingredients are used and transfer the skewers to a serving platter.

  7. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl to combine and transfer to a small serving bowl. Serve the skewers with the dressing on the side.
