Preheat the oven to 400ºF
Roast the sausages on a lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, or until internal temperature of 160ºF is reached. Reserve warm
Using a sharp bread knife and slice the baguette into ¼-inch thick diagonal slices
Spread the slices on lined baking sheet(s) and drizzle with the olive oil
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Reserve
To assemble: Slice each sausage into about six diagonal slices. Spread a bit of the fig jam on each toast. Crumble a bit of the goat cheese onto the jam. Place two slices of sausage on top of the goat cheese. Garnish with a bit of the green onion
Serve immediately
