Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare the eggplant cutlets according to package instructions. Reserve.
Combine the mayonnaise, basil, and chiles, and reserve.
Combine the butter, oregano, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and Romano cheese. and melt in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
Split the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the rolls connected, and remove the tops.
Dress the bottoms of the rolls with a bit of the mayonnaise mixture. Top with slices of eggplant, then a layer of fresh mozzarella, then a layer of pepperoni. Dress the top of the rolls with some of the mayonnaise and place on top of the pepperoni.
Brush the top of the assembled sliders with the garlic-herb butter and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve as a pull-apart sandwich.
