Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown the sausage over medium-high heat in a large, heavy pan.
Add the butter, celery, onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan and cook until just tender.
Add the stock, parsley, parmesan, and ciabatta, stirring to combine well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes, or until hot all the way through and golden brown.
Serve hot.
