Ingredients
- 1 Package Carando Toscano Ground Sausage1 Package
- 1½ Pound Ciabatta Bread, Cubed1½ Pound
- ½ Cup Dried Cherries, Chopped½ Cup
- ¼ Pound Unsalted Butter¼ Pound
- ½ Head Celery, Diced½ Head
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, Diced1
- 5 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced5 Cloves
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock2 Cups
- 3 Tbsps. Fresh Rosemary, Minced3 Tbsps.
- 2 Tbsps. Fresh Thyme, Minced2 Tbsps.
- ¼ Cup Italian Parsley, Minced¼ Cup
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated½ Cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown the sausage over medium-high heat in a large, heavy pan.
Add the butter, celery, onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan and cook until just tender.
Add the stock, parsley, parmesan, and ciabatta, stirring to combine well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes, or until hot all the way through and golden brown.
Serve hot.
