Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until just al dente
While the pasta is cooking, brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat
When the sausage is browned and cooked through, drain off the grease, add the marinara and remove from the heat
Drain the pasta and rinse under cool water until just warm
Return the pasta to the cooling pot and add the butter, parmesan, and eggs, stirring until combined and the butter is melted
Grease a pie pan with baking spray and press the pasta into the pan to form a crust
Top with the sausage mixture then top with the Fontina
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly
Remove from the oven, and allow to rest for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm
